How to join the DSA of Ireland 
 
In the first instance, please call for an informal discussion about how the DSA of Ireland could benefit your Direct Selling company. Contact information can be found here. Applications from multi-national companies seeking to expand into Ireland are welcomed. We'll arrange a visit after the initial contact to further discuss the opportunities available and the criteria for joining the DSA. Simple really. There are three classes of membership... 
 

Full Members 

These are Direct Selling businesses operating in the Republic of Ireland. They have been judged by the DSAI to comply fully with Irish law and have given an undertaking to comply with the DSAI Code of Practice. 

Prospective Members 

Prospective members are those that have been recently elected to the DSA and are awaiting the compliance audit that precedes transfer to full membership and permission to use the DSA logo. They have also been judged by the DSAI to comply fully with Irish law and have given an undertaking to comply with the Codes of Conduct. 
DSAI members are required to comply with two Codes, The DSAI Consumer Code of Practice and the DSAI Code of Business Conduct. 

Supplier Members 

The DSAI Supplier Members, all of whom support and work within the Direct Selling industry and all of whom are valued, trusted and important advisors or service providers to one or more DSAI Member Companies. 
 

DSAI Consumer Code of Practice 

This Code provides consumers with a level of protection that exceeds their legal rights. The DSAI Code demands fair selling methods and the provision of an independent Code Administrator whose judgements are binding on all members. 

DSAI Code of Business Conduct 

This code covers the fair and honest promotion of independent business opportunities in Direct Selling. The Code provides protection of investments in business opportunities that exceed those demanded by law. The code is administered by the DSAI's Independent Code Administrator.
